Help me decide on which commercial lawn mower to buy.?

I see many lawn services using X-Marks in my area. Are they as good as people say they are or is it all hype?

Have not heard, nor done any searches on X-Marks but Two Company's that receive rave reviews are,
The Dixie Chopper, and the Scag Mowers, Both are Zero Turn types, ( Heavy Duty for serious business )
